The Impact of Allergies on Sleep Quality

  3. Shower Before Bed: Pollen and other outdoor allergens can cling to your skin, hair, and clothing throughout the day. Taking a shower before bed can help wash off these allergens and prevent them from transferring to your bedding.
  4. Elevate the Head During Sleep: Sleeping with an elevated head can help reduce nasal congestion and improve airflow. Propping up your head with an extra pillow can help reduce postnasal drip and decrease coughing.
