1. Choose Hypoallergenic Bedding

When it comes to reducing allergens in your bedroom, your bedding plays a crucial role. Dust mites, one of the most common indoor allergens, thrive in soft surfaces such as pillows, mattresses, and blankets. Due to low humidity in Colorado, dust mites are not a major allergen, but it may still be worth considering dust-mite-proofing your home if you are allergic to them.

Opt for Dust Mite-Proof Covers
